A balance of technical skills in residential design with a passion for people, culture, and craft allow our interior designers to make spaces transcend the ordinary.

ARCHITECT

Architects in our office serve as the primary guide for a homeowner by imagining, designing, and planning their projects.

Carpenters deliver crafted, finishing touches and keep our job sites moving between sub-trades all year long.  Learn with us and start a career building with pride.

PROJECT MANAGER

Project Managers are the captains of our build team, charting a course for site supers, aligning resources, and guiding clients to the finish line through the ups and downs.

ESTIMATOR

Our pre-construction process relies on detailed project planning, accurate scopes of work, excellent information management, and meticulous quantity take offs.

INTERVIEWS

 INTRODUCTION​​

After you apply for a position or reach out to our directors to introduce yourself we review your resume (portfolio).  We will respond with feedback and if it looks like a good fit on paper an introductory call to make sure an interview is best.

Remote interviews are a hallmark of our interview process.  Wether it's a one-on-one or a group appointment with multiple team members the goal is to get to know each other further and dive into the must-haves for you and our team.

We never make a hire without face-to-face time to make sure everyone feels comfortable with each other and the various places we work.  Wether it's in our office/studio, OR on a job site we strive to maintain inspiring, safe, and welcoming environments for our team, trades, and clients.

At Moontower we've grown over the years and still feel like a family.  Everyone looks out for each other and respects how we can craft amazing homes by day and give each other space to BE home at night.

I knew I was in the right place when I got to go to the job site to meet with subcontractors and talk through details with our super. At my old office I was pretty much chained to my desk.

At our last holiday party Annie & Frank re-wrote the lyrics to the 12 days of Christmas, the singalong was awesome iykyk: "...and a power tool but please not Ryobi"
